Solves vibration problems with my PL-41 turntable
I bought four of these and one of the larger plastic cutting boards in black. Placing these under the cutting board ant the turntable on top virtually removed all of the bass reverberation that was affecting my system.

wow, these really work
I have three central AC units on the roof (flat roof home) and the vibration noise when they kicked on was bugging me. Started searching for solutions - saw these and thought these were expensive so initially considered the hard rubber ones. Before ordering checked on the roof - and found my units had been installed with the hard rubber ones, and still made the annoying noise. So I thought it was worth trying these Isolate It pads as well, even though they are kind of expensive, and I'm really glad I did. They made a huge difference. Go for it - it's worth it.

Works great for 3d Printer
I have my 3d printer on a desk that is attached to the wall. This caused vibrating noises throughout the house. Setting the printer on 4 of these got rid of probably 95 percent of the noise of the printer. I no longer hear it printing in the next room.

Made all the difference in the world.
I bought these to use under my scanner because I am scanning a lot of pictures and negatives. I was told that my scanner - Epson V600 Photo - was a hotbed for vibrations. These made all the difference in the world! The scans are clearer and the adjustments I make to the scans are easier because they are clearer. Highly recommend!

WELL WORTH A TRY
I thought I would try these under my townsend audio seismic sinc. For about 20 bucks it was a low cost gamble.Well I didn't expect this big of an improvement, but the focus had really taken a step up as if I had a new component upgrade. The overall presentation was more relaxed and the soundstage was deeper with greater transparentcy. The slighty dark and murky sound I had with just the platform under my cd transport was cleaned up as if a light had been turned up with a dimmer control.

The Vibration pads are just what I needed and worked ...
The Vibration pads are just what I needed and worked well at first but they are cracking apart (they have multiple splits on each puck). Unfortunately for the price I would expect them to hold together. But it is not to be. If you have any sort of vibration loading and don't have a complete and total interface surface with each I am afraid over time they will simply come apart in spite of the gooey consistency. I was using them to isolate a compressor from a house floor to minimize the sound transmission.

Isolate it does!
I used these on a sub, and they definitely work. The bass quality is MUCH better and the vibrations travelling to the floor below are significantly reduced. They are a little sticky out of package though (so they pick up a lot of dirt on the ground) but that might be by design to adhere to the sub itself.

Good isolation
I'm using it with my turntable. It provides good isolation.

Worked like a damn! Eliminated problem vibrations and drumming noise from a heat pump installed on my second floor deck.
