35 water balloons in each bunch.

Can you fill these with paint?

I want to see the aftermath of filling them up with paint lol

Can we fill at a sink? Or does it only attach to a hose?

The attachement is screw on so hose only, and after filling use within 10 min if storing underwater, the batches I bought tended to deflate

Are the connections reuseable? Or is this for one use only?

The connections would be reusable but it would take time and patience to reload and band each balloon. The balloons themselves are not made to be reusable ;-)
