Arrived Fresh and I Was Pleasantly Surprised.

Cheaper to buy 12 then to buy six
In looking for a purple sharpie, I noticed that Amazon offered pack of three or box of 12. Buying two packs of three was more expensive than one box of 12. Since I will eventually use them over the next two years, I thought ‘ Well, sure’ And bought the pack of 12.Something I have always wondered, which would be 50 years or more now, is why these are called fine point. The tip will wear down to 4 mm diameter as it wears. To paraphrase Shakespeare, “If This be fyne [fine] What be the Medium? “. I do wonder what sharpie would call a medium point.

purple sharpie® smell the best
Color is fairly durable. Purple is distinctive and almost as sharply visible as black or blue.
