These tablets are full of good stuff, like ashwaganda, sea water extract, bluberry extract and Vitamin B Complex - all good stuff. And if you follow the regimen, you'll definitely see some benefits. I tend to get a bit of brain fog in the afternoon and I wanted to see if this would stave off my coffee-hungries. The results are good, but not what I hoped. It took about 12 days to really start to see the effects (it may just be me, but I was sort of hoping it would kick in quicker than that), and the effects aren't dramatic, but they're definitely there. I'm just a little more focused in the mid-afternoon, and I don't get quite as lethargic. But it's not a *dramatic* difference - it isn't the same as drinking a coffee, or chewing on a caffeine gummy. So the £29.99 asking price (saying that, there's a 20% voucher available at the time of writing) is a little too much to ask, particularly given the £29.99 will only last you a month. The improvements just aren't dramatic enough to justify the price - but there is an improvement, so anything less than 4 stars would be unfair. They're a good product, they genuine are - but they don't warrant the asking price.

Like most, I’ve been working from home over the last year and it was starting to take a toll on my focus, concentration, and sleep. I came across this supplement which claimed to be all natural and decided to give it a try. After taking it for 3 weeks, I have noticed the difference already, I am able to focus more and get much better quality of sleep. I am also feeling a lot less zoned out during the day which has done wonders for my energy levels. Definitely recommend, give it a go.

Trying to find a vegan option for supplements has become a little easier recently but still lots of companies use gelatin which is a no no for members of my family This product doesn’t use Gmos, additives or binders.The capsules are also dairy/gluten free, too. This means they are using natural products that don't trigger any adverse response in our family with allergies etc my other half has been trying them out because she says she's been finding the need to focus during the last year

Excellent product,I didn’t think I’d find something that really would help so well ,but I see there are made up of vitamin B ‘s, so I have ordered a bottle of Ashguanda. and will take that as well as a multi bit to see if that works. The only things missing are the fruit part so will try and this will keep the cost down ,fast delivery too,I would recommend these to be tried,they do work

I’ve tried other nootropic brands in past but found them to be mostly full of caffeine. I have been taking these caffeine-free natural product for a couple of weeks now. I feel like am having better clarity in my mind. My sleep quality too has improved and there are now some days where I can even remember my dreams. They dont leave any unpleasant aftertaste in the mouth either.

I replaced my daily lions mane for this product and found I still felt my concentration was enhanced. Great high quality vitamin which appreciate especially whilst working from home. Holly recommend
