It works!!!! Yes it took 1min to program and it works. Just costs 2.5x what it cost me a couple of years ago when I bought some extra just like everything else I guess.

Purchased to replace existing gate entry remotes that lasted 7 years after heavy. Easy to program and working strong after two months of daily use.

This item was used to open a Liftmaster farm gate controlled by solar powered batteries. Worked as described and easy to set up. However, for the amount of material used to manufacture this device, it was far too expensive. Nevertheless I'm obliged to order two more for members of the family :((
