What are the ingredients? Is this an organic product?

Hi, While I am not a scientist of chemistry--- let alone organic chemistry, I do not think this product is 'organic' as the word is usually defined. The principle chemical is nitrogen, I am unclear if it meets the definition of organic. You should write to the manufacturer. I will say (however) the product does seem to keep flowers lasting longer, it does work. I like the product.

Do these packets have a shelf life and if so how long? I cut flowers infrequently from my garden

The manufacturer's site says the shelf life of the product is two years when stored under "ambient" conditions. (Cool and dry?) I don't cut flowers from my garden very frequently, either, so I may push it to 3-4 years and see how it goes.
