I purchased this product in advance of foot surgery, knowing that I often need to urinate urgently and that, in the weeks after surgery, I probably wouldn’t make it to the restroom on time. The pros: soft, relatively comfortable, fragrance free, long-wearing, I never feel wet. The cons: I would say they run a little small; if you are at the top end of the sizing chart - maybe size up. Pricey, but high-value if you have the money to spend. Enormous crotch! I get that they need to be wide enough to catch plenty of urine as it comes out, but wow. Leakproof, but not spillproof; they handle even a substantial dribble like a champ, but if you can’t hold back the flood, then prepare to get wet, because neither can they.

I needed this after a surgery and I'm 55, I was honestly embarrassed to buy, but was easier then going to the store for them.... what a great product! No leaks! Easy to get on over my surgical site. I won't need them forever.. yet but when I do, I'd definitely order again

I thought I ordered a different brand but glad I ordered these. Very Polk comfortable, great stretchiness, more like real underwear, veryveasy to use.

After 6 months in a hospital and rehab, I returned home. I'm a younger woman suffering from MS, and so I need a product that is easy to maneuver with and does what it's supposed to. After months of using Tena tabbed briefs that always ended up being large and saggy, the comfort and fit of something that actually fits exactly like a pair of cotton briefs made life feel normal again! The material is stretchy and easy to slide on and off, even if you have mobility issues.I wasn't sure what size to order, since I've always had a bit of "junk in the trunk". :P I went for the XXL to be on the safe side, and I'm glad I did. They fit me perfectly, but are smaller than the Tena XL. If you wear between a large and XL, the XXL will be a perfect fit. If you really need XXL, I promise these will not fit you. Order a size or two larger than you expect---I am glad I did.Otherwise, they are perfect for the elderly, post-childbirth, or mobility impaired persons who want to feel like they're wearing regular underwear, with extra protection. I've made this a monthly order for as long as I need a product like this. :)

Helpful for a long day of travel.

They did a great job preventing “accidents”, but the upper hip area and waistband were too large; usable, but a lot larger than I expected. To feel confident that they wouldn’t slipped down,I held them in place by wearing a pair of regular panties over them.

Comfortable and easy to put on my elderly mother.

They were not wide enough they are a 55 to 64 where I needed a 64 to a 80 they're nice they're they're very nice panties and they look like they are very absorbent but they just won't fit.
