This is probably the best hair, skin, nails and supplements I have ever used. Even though it calls for six capsules a day, I have used half of that per day in my nails have grown so long. I have had short, brittle nails my entire life but this supplement has changed my life!!!

Seems to be good quality, love that it is glass. Arrived in tact. I have gone through one whole bottle now and I do think my nails are thicker and stronger. I will continue to take it.

Good but over priced

Anytime I'm injured I stack up on this and I feel like I heal faster. Will use after heavy training sessions as well. High quality stuff.
