Etwas schwerer zu reinigen
Ein großer Hit während der Weihnachtsbackzeit und wird auf jeden Fall noch häufig benutzt, für alle Arten von Gebäck. Teilweise muss man je nach Teig mit etwas Mehl nachhelfen, damit das Muster gut erkennbar ist, aber auch nach 100+ Keksen arbeitet der Mechanismus noch zuverlässig. Der äußere Teil ist nur etwas schwerer zu reinigen.
