Q: How does U-Lactin compare with AmLactin?

AmLactin has 12% AHA (lactic acid); U-Lactin has 10% Urea and 2% AHA (lactic acid). Urea is a humectant (attracts and retains moisture) like glycerin, only more powerful. AHA's exfoliate the top layer of the skin, making it smoother. I use both: AmLactin at night, U-Lactin in the morning. Since AmLactin has more AHA, it can be more irritating to the skin, whereas U-Lactin is much more soothing because of the urea. Both are great, it just depends on what you're looking for in a lotion.

Q: Anyone else have the pump broken? I am unable to unlock it. This is the second one which is broken.

I think all those twist to open pumps can be a pain to open. They use to have a messy flip top, so I much prefer new pump. I've only had 1 bottle with a pump, no problems.

Q: What is the pH level of the product?
