Good for critical thinking within the profession. Supposedly provides more "real life" type experience that we may encounter while on the job.

Everything went perfectly. The book was in good shape and they arrived with 3-4 days, well before the semester started.

Some of the case studies are pointless. This is the new updated version, and the publisher did not even take the time to update website links or other important information needed to complete the cases. There are some changes to page numbers and case numbers so you have to buy this edition, not the old one, to make sure you do the correct case for class.

This book is in great condition for a rental. Thank you!
