I have never used one of these before, so didn't really know what to expect, but I am pleased with it. It's very sturdy, and large enough to do many different exercises on. I had a bit of trouble getting the extra 'legs' off the bottom, but persevered, and now wonder why I found it so hard! I have hip and knee problems, so I'm using this as a gentle way of building up muscle to support my joints. There are some very good vids on YouTube which I am following. I think it will make a big difference to my fitness levels

I did one step class in the nineties at a level beyond me and vowed I’d never do it again, yet here I am with a fitness tracker, in front of the tv doing step classes! I like the fact this step is sturdy, but easy to adjust from low to higher with the extra step pieces that store neatly beneath. It’s also slim enough to stow behind your furniture so you can keep it handy for your exercise time, yet hidden for when you want to relax.

Recovering from a stroke has been hard but this item is just what I need to increase the exercise I am beginning to improve on. It's robust and steady and will improve my balance.

It's very sturdy and easy to use. The plastic material is a bit hard for my hands (although I have arthritis so might be sensitive) but it's good for stepping.
