I’ve been using this for years. I take one before bed along with 2 other pills and I get a peaceful sleep daily. I have some to my mom as well and she says it helps her get the gasses stuck on her back get out. I personally haven’t noticed that maybe because I don’t have them.

You. 'd only take one with each meal. Not before not after and so that makes it easier to remember to take. And since they're just the right size, they're not too big to where I choke when I try to swallow one. So far so good. But it's still too early to tell exactly how they're going to affect me. But they do calm you. So that's good and by bedtime. I'm calm enough to where it's easy to go to sleep quicker.

I take this at night because I tend to wake during the night feeling stressed. Ashwaganda helps me get back to sleep faster than when haven’t taken it. Doesn’t cause drowsiness just helps me relax.

Capsules opened prior to arrival and the majority are not full of product. Taken daily for more than 30 days and have noticed zero affect from this supplement.

I had been taking Ashwagandha powder from another brand and I could see the effects. I bought this as capsules are easier to swallow, but I haven't seen the kind of effect I saw with the earlier powder. I personally feel this isn't that effective.

I just started taking this specific product, iI had taken before from a different vendor and I was satisfy. I cannot rate this product yet.
