This sauce is a wonderful mixture of flavours and heat, if you love curry it’s guaranteed you’ll love it. It is super hot and goes well with rice, curry and sandwiches. The sauce is absolutely top notch. The bottle lasts for about 3-4 months. I love the fragrance, and the heat combination. I have become a regular customer now.

This isn't just another hot sauce – it's a rich, oily chilli pickle that packs a serious punch while delivering an incredible depth of flavour. The blend of naga chillies with mustard oil and spices gives it that traditional South Asian pickle taste, with enough fire to satisfy serious chilli heads. I’ve been using it in everything from curries and stir-fries to sandwiches and even scrambled eggs. Just a small spoonful transforms a dish. It’s also brilliant as a condiment alongside rice and daal. Be warned though – it’s hot, not in a gimmicky way, but a slow-building, proper chilli heat that lingers. The texture is chunky, so you get bits of chilli in every bite, and the oil helps preserve it and adds that authentic flavour. A jar lasts a long time since a little goes a long way, though I find myself reaching for it more often than I expected! Highly recommended if you love heat with flavour. Not for the faint-hearted, but if you know what you’re in for – it’s addictive.

Not cheap but can tell its a quality product with good ingredients. Bought this with intentions to use as an additive but im slapping it on everything, bbqs on flatbeeads for wraps etc. its quite hot to do that, but if you like spicy like me its very good. Expected it to be more pickle strong than it is, not sour at all to me its very well balanced with good heat which is rare as I find foods this level of spicy to struggle with balancing it to have a nice taste too.

A spoon full of this is all you need to put into your curry sauce, and it will elevate your recipe to the next level. You get aromas stone fruit with a pungent flavour of fresh chillis, then along comes a gradual heat that starts gradually but soon builds and fills your whole mouth with a tingling sensation which Is not unpleasant but makes you want to dig your spoon in for a second scoop. It’s addictive stuff and will give your curries a good balance between flavour and heat. Great product, well packaged and delicious.

I've been a chilli head for some years and this product is the best I have found. If you are looking for pure heat, move along, nothing to see here, but if you are looking for the perfect balance of flavour and heat, you have to try this one. If you are just starting out on you chilli adventure, cautious use of this product might be a good place to start. Its definitely at the hotter end of the scale when compared to any supermarket available items, but not into the insane levels you get from, for example, Dave's Insanity sauce.

The best chilli pickle. It goes in most things I eat! It is quite hot though.
