I got it on 21 may but it was assembled on 15june by agaro service because the service provider nominated by Amazon that is EASY FIX .. is the worst service provider they never showed up even called customer care service 10 times. The easy fix service also did a fraud of false statement in Amazon that they did the assembly at 11:30 in night but.. the reality was they never arrived nor called me once.. so finally I got Agaro service and excellent service they provided they not only consider my time availablity but also provided me with an abled technician on said time.. minimum calling and transparency in communication, and fast rate of solving complaint is commendable.

Total waste of money. The treadmill is elevated, i don't know how the people who have given good reviews are walking on this...guess they are just company reviews..Well coming on to the product..you can't use it without hurting yourself or ruining your body posture as you can't even walk on it without holding the handles and that too....hold them on for your life!!!! Else you'll definitely fall....the other afditions are also useless...cheap plastic...it can break off anytime.

The don't provide assembly, if you can assemble then go ahead , product is ok but treadmill gives jurk in between no matter how many time you adjust key but still it don't satisfy

I purchased AGARO Treadmill & really satisfied with it's quality & setup instructions. They called me up for service as well, but i installed it myself in an hour.Now using it daily since last 1 week. no issue so far.Good product at this price.Mount of my machine get bent a bit because of handling, which i fixed to original shape using a Plier. Though amazon delivery process was also good.Will give further review after 6 months if get some time. Must buy if you are health conscious.

It comes with all details and maual book for easy installation which one can do it byself. Overall it's good if you want to start exercising at home with easy to fold machine and requires less space to keep. You might want to keep tightening screws in between to make sure things are good to avoid any injury while working. But overall it's good and it's as per MY expectations what I wanted it for.
