This formula works for me. I have been taking it for a week and I have noticed a big difference in bloating, and weight loss. I've been using and looking and using and trying various probiotic capsules for the past three years. I give up for a time, as none of them deliver on any of the promises they make -- at least for my particular gut biome -- so I eventually decide to try yet another one. THIS ONE IS IT for me. I've had discomfort from probiotics, I've definitely had discomfort from post-biotics (which is not supposed to happen, but happen it did) and a whole host of things that are healthy foods disturb my innards -- sometimes even water when its cranky in there. No kidding. I have about given up, and to be honest, I don't remember how I stumbled across this brand of gut health capsule. I didn't hold out any hope, but it felt right to "try one more time." Yeah, like all the other times. But hey, what could it hurt? Well, guess what? IT is working. I've held off writing a review even in spite of my initial feelings of positivity. In the first ten days of using this, I did not at any time feel any disturbance or discomfort in my GI tract... that in itself was a blessing. Things change slowly inside our guts, so I wanted to let this roll on for at least six weeks before making a further judgement. Now is the time. I am not "cured" of anything (nor have I been diagnosed with anything) but my level of discomfort and ease of elimination has improved noticeably. This supplement is not going to "fix" anything completely, but the fact that it has helped me up to a certain point is Pure Gold. Lastly, before I end this review -- it does NOT have some god-awful stench. Geeze, guys and gals! (Okay, perhaps they reformulated it in recent years?) It does have an odor, but it reminds me distinctly of the fake cheesy powder you find at the bottom of a junk food bag (popcorn, triangular chip things, etc) and it doesn't linger on your digits and palm, and it does not fill up a room or any space whatsoever with an odor. Therefore, if in reading other reviews, you are hesitant due to reading about an aroma, let that stuff drop. I've gone through more than one bottle, so my statement is not a one-off.

This legitimately works! I’ve had stomach issues my whole life and these supplements have actually decreased my problems! I haven’t had anywhere near the sudden trips to the bathroom or spending a lot of time in the bathroom. I’m going regularly, which has never happened in my life. The only downside to these pills is that they smell terrible. But, it’s worth it!

I’ve only had this for a week so I can’t speak to the effectiveness of it quite yet, but I will say the people in the reviews talking about the terrible smell, they were NOT exaggerating lol it smells like feta cheese went bad. It is so unbelievably pungent, it doesn’t affect my ability to take it but I have noticed that I kind of have smelly burps haha. I bought it for my bloating, constipation, and gas so we shall see if it helps. I use a couple other MaryRuth products and enjoy them, I like the brand.

These are amazing. I have IBS-D and acid reflux and since day 1 I haven’t had acid reflux and the bloat in my stomach has went away. Also I have a normal stomach again. 😃 Mary Ruth products have really worked well

I love it I don't know how I was living without it it has help me tremendously. It tastes nasty but I take it with something that has flavor. It's ease to swallow for me but if you have that issue they have a liquid version.

great quality, great taste, and a daily vitamin I actually want to use. Highly recommend for anyone who doesn’t like swallowing pills or wants a more natural, well-rounded supplement.

I had been doing a lot of research about the importance of healthy gut microbiome . I generally trust this brand so I felt like it was worth the extra money for this product/formula. However, within 1 day of taking as indicated, I became constipated. Eventually I gained 4.5 lbs In a week and a half (this is not a normal fluctuation for me at All) and my pants couldn't button! Realized the only change I had made in my lifestyle was these M.R.O. pills And I immediately stopped taking them. It's taken a whole week but my bloating has subsided and I feel like myself again. Do not recommend!! EDITED TO ADD: somehow 3 months went by and I forgot about my previously bad results and I decided to try a pill again. I've literally had a stomachache for 2 straight days now. And I'm experiencing cramping and bloating for two whole days
