At the beginning, I wasn't sure whether this device would be helpful, because our baby is not used to a pacifier at all. However, it turned out to be so helpful! It's the first time the baby takes his medicine without spilling it or spitting out. I'm impressed! Very easy to use. The pacifiers have age labels, so even if you throw packaging and forget which color is for what age, you can see it on the paci itself.
