The back isn't too wide, so you barely know it's there. I have already ordered 5 more. I just wish they sold them in packs.

The rise on these and coverage is weirdly conservative for a thong. It really is more like a full coverage brief with a thong back. The fabric is soft and rather thick-which is a plus, but the fit is just...weird.
