I am 5'2", 105 lbs with pain when stepping up/down. I needed support during the healing period. The size Small fits me well. It doesn't slip or roll when mobile and gives me nice support with 2 nonremovable support strips on each side of the leg. The ad state item/design style may vary: all white "Hospital" version is the original model. The white/grey version must be the newer "Sporty" design. I was hoping to receive the white/grey one but of course, I get the solid white "Hospital" looking one with a circular cutout at knee. The fabric looks pretty darn durable and hope it will retain elasticity. I have been wearing it for on/off couple of days and it's pretty comfortable. I wished it came in black to show less dirt but overall, I am really happy with the purchase the version Amazon decided to send me. I initially purchased a knitted compression sleeve looks like some of the ones offered in Amazon stores but tho it was a size Small, it did not give me nearly enough support as the knee portion would stretch out become loose and constantly slip down. Hence my decision to order this Ace model. I would definitely buy this item again when this one wears out or lose shape...nothing lasts forever. Thanks Ace

My knee is toast; ACL, cartridge, meniscus all bad. This brace has made the necessary walking bearable again. It not only helps support my leg, it has helped reduce the pain of worn cartridge. My leg is stronger as a result! And it's comfortable. It has made the unavoidable postponement of knee replacement considerably more tolerable.

This is the most comfortable and easy to wear knee brace I've tried, and I've worn a few. Even better, the price point is way below other comparable products. There is no velcro, so nothing scratches the skin or snags on other fabrics. There is no neoprene and the perforated material is quite breathable, so wear during exercise feels less sweaty. The 4 flexible "side stabilizers" are just stiff enough to do their job, but do not inhibit movement needed for walking, running, or even deep knee bends. The uniform compression effect feels soothing on my repetitive stress injured knee and enables me to continue my workouts pain-free (at a lower intensity) while my injury heals. The brace does contain latex rubber, so folks with allergies should steer clear. Other fibers include cotton, nylon, polyester, and spandex. Wash instructions recommend hand washing and air drying. A bit about me: I ordered the small and it fits great on my petite but stubby frame. I'm 5 ft 2 in, 115 lbs with fairly muscular runner's legs.
