These where great for beginners but realised that they where resistance enough for what I was use to!

I mean, they are cheap so I wasn't expecting a fabulous product. They are okay for the price but not great for glute exercises as they roll up a lot (particularly the light ones which are pretty unuseable). Work better when using on bare skin

As a beginer in fitness matters I found these resistant bands a great start to build up strengh.Even if is a basic item it is "state of art made" good quality rubber, bright colours, info on them regarding intensity and types of exercises...you might be an expert :-) you can ignore the print but if you need to get creative about it ...is all there.Great product for the price, will buy more from this brand.

Slide up and down legs. Get thicker bands. These are rubbish
