Realizing that we are all unique and respond differently to various medical intervention. I find this is very effective for non-prescription pain relief. I actually think it is as good or better than some prescription items. I find that many selling it offer widely differing prices so shop around or look for sales to get best prices. I carry one in my car in case I have pain while away from home. My massage therapist has lowered the intense cold feeling by spraying it first on his hand then applying instead of spraying directly at the painful area. This is particularly helpful in the winter! I like the spray delivery best for my needs, it also depends on what type of pain I am experiencing. I also incorporate into other remedies I use but since I am not a medical professional I will not include those items for this review.

I cannot live without this product. I have chronic back pain and this works wonders. You can spray from any angle and the scent does not linger. I recommend this product and I use it in various packaging, such as I use the roll on when I'm in bed to relieve trigger points of pain. I will use the gel when I want the deep heat feeling to last as I go out of the house for errands or whatever and I am able to wash it off my hands, whereas I wouldn't want to get out of bed for that, hence the roll on in bed. Yes, great product I do recommend.

I first started using Biofreeze after a friend let me try some after I herniated a disc causing sever neck and shoulder pain. This made staying active easier during the 14 month period it took for the pain to substantially subside and I still use this today. I find the roll on version works a bit better and last a bit longer but the spray makes reaching my problem areas way easier and still provides enough relief. I like to spray my neck and shoulder areas before hitting the bike trails since I know those areas are going to be strained while cycling and this helps bridge the gap between when I begin cycling to when the natural endorphins kick in for relief.

I got this for my back pain. It is really good for the pain and it last more than others i have used. Its NOT a dry spray so you have to be careful when u spray it on your back because its gonna go straight down there! Its a 360° spray so it doesnt matter the position you put the can it will work. It smells really really strong, i cant use it for work because of the strong smell, i work at a spa. It doesnt fade away that fast. If you need it for work and you cant be smelling like a strong mint all over then i suggest you get an odorless one!

This is the best stuff. I know it must be made up of a bunch of chemicals...but when you are in pain..you just want the pain to stop as quickly as possible and Biofreeze absolutely solves the problem immediately! I also use it for severe itching..( this is my personal cure, as far as I know, the company does not claim the product calms itchies....(the kind of itching where you feel like you are going to lose your mind or rip your skin off if it doesn't stop).. but it works like a charm!. Just a quick squirt of this magic and no more itching. If you have already been scratching at that bug bite for a bit...this will sting for a few seconds..but after those first few seconds, you will be rewarded with heavenly cool and calm skin. Everyone should keep a can in their first aid kit!

[The Below is what I typed up before, but I'm not sure if I posted it though. - We used two more spray cans & I'm ordering more now! We Love BioFreeze Spray.] Biofreeze is fantastic! This specific spray can has more menthol (I believe it’s about 10% ?) than the roll-on type, or the cream style of Biofreeze which has about 4%. The smell of Biofreeze is a bit strong at first, but it quickly goes away in under 1 minute. Yes, Really! If you have ever tried BenGay or IcyHot, you know that those can stink for a looong time. Anyone who has used those stinky creams knows that no matter where you go, everyone knows that you have used it. That might be great if you don’t want anyone sitting near you. The Biofreeze leaves no residual smell at all! And... The pain relief is GREAT! We used to buy it at a Massage Chain company, but that got up to about $17.00 per can! Another brand of menthol spray that I tried was a little less expensive, but it had less % of menthol too. It also smelled like generic menthol, not clean and fresh like Biofreeze. Oh sure it worked ok, but I had to use more in order to get the same relief. Maybe I’ll buy stock in this company - it’s that good. 😉

I am no longer using oral pain medications to alleviate the fibro pain. I also have cervical degeneration and this works wonders for relief at my desk. I typically have this spray in my bag all the time. I won't leave the house without it. I used to use the gel tube, which works great as well. My problem was having to apply it to my upper and lower back. I refuse to ask a co-worker to apply gel on my back twice a day. So now I just open my shirt a little and spray my own back! It's amazing. Warning. Don't inhale or spray anywhere near children, animals or your eyes. It burns! (Of Course) I also recommend using a towel on your back (when lying in bed being propped up from pillows) to avoid putting your face into your pillow later to go to bed. I made this mistake.

My son recommended bio freeze and since then i have not even looked at another product.. its expensive, but good things come at a price.. my, a cricketer & his team mates all use this on the spasm area & continue their game.. its so effective.. Good stuff.

Not that effective. Spray was also faulty

I received this product Late then it's estimated time which is not a problem.But I received one bottle totally empty which is ridiculous.

It didn't spray liquid comes out what was shown in the amazon was not the same and product when you spray liqued comes out not very effective probabaly a Fake Product .
