I think they’re good
I don’t know if these are doing anything for me, but they’re easy to take and don’t have a bad taste or bad aftertaste. My dad died of dementia so I read that these mushrooms can help. I’m hoping they are helping.

After years of going to the doctor three and four times a year for sinus infections I finally tried this product and for two years now I have not had to go to the doctor. When I feel symptoms coming on, I take the product for two or three days and I’m feeling much better. I love it.

The bottle was very dusty and looked beat up. This product did absolutely nothing for me. I'm not sure why but I felt nothing after taking it every day
