This is my 2nd buy where the 1st one is 5 years old and still working perfectly.After sales service is also 5 star for all sales and support needs.

It is a great product. Was able to install it by myself using the very clear instructions provided. Getting it connected to the network and linking to Alexa was also very easy.Overall a good experience so far with this product.

These switches are best for changing your home to modernistic. There quality is great and easy to install.But the parts of this product is not easily available in the market and I think the price is slightly high.

Please note that I installed this myself, I have both google and alexa and this is a review about both the installation and the product itself.Installation:1. The plugs can be wired directly if you want. Or else you will have to sacrifice one or two smart switches for the plugs. I wired one plug directly and one plug to the smart switch module. The plugs are just simple plugs with standard connections behind them.2. This 4 gang switch + fan needs 3 power inputs. You can just connect two from one point, but I am not sure why they didn't do this themselves internally. It is just extra work for us.3. IMPORTANT: I think this is true for other brands as well, the module is thick, it will fit inside a standard box, but, there will be very little space for extra wires if you have any inside the box. Please use just the required wire length inside the box.Usage:1. Google recognizes the fan as a fan. Alexa however shows the fan as a switch with a slider control. But speed control works in both cases. For speed control, "Alexa set living room fan speed 10 percent" works. Here "living room fan" is the fan control's name2. The simple switches work as expected. No surprise there.After doing a trial with one module, I ordered one more for another room as well :-)

good product brst technical support easy installationplease try to improve connectivity software update for net connectivity

There are two problems with this.1. When the switch is off, the led doesn’t light as with other smart switches. So difficult to find the switch in dark.2. The touch response is not great. We need to press and hold the switch to work.

This smart switch is exactly what I was looking for. Connect to wifi and Google assist is seemless!!

Doesn’t connect at times with my WiFi but other than that it’s been a great experience overall
