Not for off-road use with standard straps.
Standard straps are useless if you go off-road. You’ll loose your bags in 100 meters. Can be used with additional stretchable straps to fix it on the bike. The quality of the bag's sewing is not high. You can easily damage release buckles on the bag if you pull it.
