The product definitely does what it is supposed too! I'm not thrilled about having too take so many at once and these leave a weird taste in my mouth. I'm iffy on re ordering solely on the after taste that lingers all day, other than that they are great!

Today was my first day taking these, so far I feel good I have taken them with food, so there is no weird flavor I like the fact that they are capsules not to earthy taste! So far I love all the fitness product.

I really like these supplements, I have more energy in the morning and feel great. The only downside is 1 serving is 4 capsules which gets to be a lot of pills to take especially when you take other supplements on a regular basis

It's OK, I hate having to take so many at one time. I feel like they cause some bloating. But overall OK.

I'm finishing up my second bottle. I love how there are no side effects. I've tried the GNC Mega and those gave me a headache. This is the only multi vitamin that I have been able to stick to. I did miss one day and I could definitely tell a difference.

So far so good. Pills are rather large and the serving size is FOUR of them. Other than that they seem to be doing their job.

Great product, only complaint is having to take 4 capsules, but not a huge deal.

As a girl that gets sick from some multivitamins, I have been really happy with this one. The serving says 4 a day and I have been doing 2 in the am and 1 after lunch. Definitely recommend
