This product is not something to play with. When I started to use it correctly I found myself having to go to the bathroom at work. It does work over night but it is still working throughout my morning. So I'm not sure if your able to have a bathroom to yourself go for it otherwise you might want to think twice about getting this.

We re-up on this every couple of months, it has helped us greatly with digestive issues.

It’s expensive

This tea works overnight and overtime to get the yuckiness out of your stomach. I love that it helps with regular bowel movements and reduces bloating! I definitely feel the difference when I take it versus when I don’t. When I do, I feel super refreshed in the morning! Highly recommend this stuff! So good!

The tea tastes good and does work, especially when I drink it before bed. However, sometimes it causes stomach cramps and wakes me up in the middle of the night. Because of that, I use it more cautiously. Good flavor, but the side effects may not work for everyone.

This tea really get your bowels moving. Highly recommend

These were recommended to me i was always constipated so thought give them a go these made me go these are amazing Great value for money a little rumble but not painful taste is not bad either

Help with digestion and bloating. Taste herbal a little. Its easy to make and effective but it’s advisable to use occasionally

I can’t begin to state how effective I found this product. Well obviously I can because I’m about to. I had a very stubborn gut and would often not go for three or four days. But not now. I don’t let it sit for 10 minutes brewing as I find it too strong. Literally pour water on bag in cup and wipe it out. One cup last thing before bed. In the morning hay presto my stomach gurgles and off to the loo I go. Taste isn’t great, but not terrible, and it’s not to be treated as a beverage more a medicine .
