I’ve been using this mainly for homemade ice cream, and it blended in really easily. It doesn’t have much taste and didn’t change the flavor at all, which was important for what I was making. I like that it dissolves smoothly and doesn’t get gritty or clumpy. It felt like an easy way to add a bit of fiber to recipes without affecting texture or consistency. Overall, it worked exactly how I hoped and I’d use it again for both recipes and everyday use.

Acacia is a good supplement for me. For me it's an alternative to psyllium. Acadia appears to have no additives like sugar. It isn't grainy. Works for me. Also I like NOW supplements I use them all the time.

This is a wonderful fiber. It's very fine in texture with no grittiness at all and no pronounced flavor of its own, so it mixes well with anything. When taken daily, it makes my tummy feel so good!

I bought this because it's more reasonably priced than the other product I was using. It works just as well. The taste is okay but I just drink it fast. I only mix it with water, but if you put it in something else, it would be good, too. It works well for me, I will keep buying. Oh ,& I use a hand blender to mix it up, it's not required but there's no clumps or grit.

I heard about Acacia Fiber from watching Dr Oz show and he mentioned it as one of the ways to burn fat. He demonstrated that one should add to one's meals and it will decrease your hunger. It works. I sprinkle it on almost everything I eat and I've noticed that I feel content or satisfied and don't finish all my meal. It almost feels like that other product SENSA only this is Acacia Fiber. I've been using this powder since May 4th (for about 2 weeks now) and I feel it works. I'm going to carry some in a portable salt shaker and take in my handbag. I recommend this for anyone that wants to cut back on eating, this does kill your hunger and I've noticed less bloating and gas, and does cause natural bowel movement. This works for me. Thanks Dr. Oz. I don't know that I would have ever used this if I hadn't heard about it on Dr Oz show. That's my review and I hope it was clear for those wondering about this product.

Way better than psyllium. Easier to take/ no grit.

I bought this thinking it would be an organic subsitute for Renew Life Fiber 35 Sprinkle acacia fiber, but really don't care for it. These are the differences as I have experienced: --Renew Life Fiber 35 Sprinkle is white whereas Now Foods Acacia Fiber is brown/tan. (This was the only point that did not bother me.) --Renew Life Fiber 35 Sprinkle has no odor. Now Foods Fiber has an almost chemical type odor to it. --Renew Life Fiber 35 Sprinkle has no flavor. I couldn't taste Now Foods Fiber in tea or coffee, but definitely had a not-so-pleasant taste in water. --Renew Life Fiber 35 Sprinkle disolves almost instantly in hot and cold, and you can't see it in water. Now Foods Fiber requires a bit of stirring to dissolve in hot beverages, and never does completely "disappear" in water. Your water will look a bit tan/brown. This may not bother you at home, but it does look like you are drinking dirty water, so you may not want to do this in public. --At the risk of sounding indiscreet, Renew Life Fiber 35 Sprinkle did "the job" nicely bulking up what it needed to bulk up, and everything came out smoothly. The Now Acacia Fiber, well, it just seemed to scratch on the way out. In addition to the above, the Now Acacia fiber had a bit of a bizarre property, that I have not experienced before with any powder. The dry powder seemed to cling to a spoon like metal pilings do to a magnet. That is really what it looked like. It didn't matter if the spoon was metal or plastic it would just stick to the spoon when you scooped it out. Don't know if it was static electricity or what was causing it. I really don't think I will be buying this again. I liked the fact it was organic. But, it just was too unpleasant for me.

I use this daily in my coffee! Keeps the bowels moving!

毎朝のコーヒーに入れて飲んでます。 サラサラと細かいパウダーなので 小さじスプーンいっぱいをカップに入れ少しだけコーヒーを入れてよくかき混ぜて溶かし、そのあとカップいっぱいにコーヒーとミルクを注いで飲んでます。一度に入れるとダマになり、なかなか溶けません｡全く味を邪魔することなく続けられるのでこれからが楽しみです。値段も色々調べましたが一番お得でした。
