I’ve been using it for about two weeks and maybe it’s a placebo effect, but I have felt immediately after showering, softer skin than before. I’ve noticed no difference in water pressure. Both wife and I are in our 40s and for the last year (moved to new city 2yrs ago -so different water), both of us have been spending a lot of money per month on prescription and over-the-counter hair thinning and skin products and only recently getting bombarded with social media ads about water filter solving these issues. This was a no-brainer For the cost of this filter to give or try !

Why did you pick this product vs others?:My initial review is 100/10. My hair has been falling out for years and this was a last ditch effort after having gotten blood work (no issues), every sort of cream or hair product, and did seemly everything right. After one day of installing this, my hair stopped falling out. I've had it a month and it has been a DRASTIC change. I'm so wildly shocked that this filter has made such a difference that I feel like it's worth it to put this raving review on the internet. I'll continue to monitor and update as needed, but I'm hoping things just keep getting better from here.

I was skeptical, but this filter actually works! Install was easy and I haven’t noticed any loss of water flow.After moving to a new city my hair started getting thinner, my scalp was always itchy, and dandruff was so bad. I’d tried different shampoo even clinical strength, but nothing helped.After the first shower with the filter installed I could feel my hair and scalp felt softer and the dandruff was way less. That same day a coworker commented that my hair looked better.Subsequent showers have continued to improve hair/scalp and reduce dandruff back to what it was before I moved.I knock off 1-star because the middle seal which is closed by the manufacturer drips slightly when the water is on. It’s minor, not really noticeable when the shower is running, and stops when the shower is off. I may try to improve the seal with plumbers tape when I open it to replace the filter.

I was hesitant originally and did a bunch of looking around for a water filter for an apartment. However, FIRST day I noticed an immediate difference. The water pressure was not affected, but rather the water feeling was softer and not as harsh. Getting out of the shower I do not feel like I got all the moisture sucked out of my skin anymore. I enjoy the way it helped clear up my facial acne and skin feeling. Considering how easy it was to install, I would highly recommend to anyone needing a quick solution in an apartment!

I was able to install with my hand; zero store brought tools needed. First shower filter ever used. Hair and skin felt better after one shower. After my second shower I decided to upload pics. My hair has been so “off” (dry, breakage) for years. Pic on the left is my hair sans any products & the other w/product.This filter is amazing!!! My wife has been having issues lately getting the brush through her hair after getting out of the shower. After doing some research, we decided to try this as a cost effective solution. She loves it. No more issues with tangles, knots or breakage and her hair feels softer and healthier.

This is a great product for filtering your shower water. I loved it and it helped my hair and body with acne, however. It did strip the moment it was attached and started leaking. Im trying to decide if I want to invest the money for a second one or find an alternative.

I do love this easy to in stall shower water filtration. It can be installed within minutes and will make a huge difference in the way your water feels and makes your skin feel. The filter isn't huge, and doesn't look bad installed. I have them installed in all of my shower heads. The inner filter does have to be replaced every 2-3 months, but imo it is worth it. One drawback is that you must take it apart to replace the inner filter. After several changes, I have had to replace the whole thing because of leaks. I do have hard water, so the sediment may be the issue. It is something to keep in mind. Overall, I believe its function makes it a valuable item in your home.
