The first thing our new 15 lb dachshund/Pomeranian rescue discovered was acorns -- acorns which, unfortunately, are in abundance on our property and which are toxic. He ended up in the ER as they feared the hard shell would damage his intestines (they didn't) or cause a blockage (it didn't) and now we have to leash him every time he goes out to do his business. Naturally, he tries his best to unearth those darn acorns so we needed a way to stop him from scavenging until we can properly train him. I bought a cage-type halter which looks promising but I also bought this one for quick trips. This is more like what you'll find at the Vet which is to say it's not going to last a lifetime, but it's adequate to stop him from picking up acorns. The sizing on the chart, however, is WAY off. I measured his snout as indicated and it shows an XS but he doesn't weigh anywhere near the chart's weight of 25-45 lbs. The muzzle fits very snugly, to where he can't eat or drink (he can stick his tongue out a bit) but that's what I want -- no chance to pick up anything as large as an acorn.

It was suggested to me from vets and behavioral specialists to try a soft muzzle. Had for just a little over a month and seems to be working so far with training. It seems to calm my dog. Not tight on her at all. Seems comfortable. Can be adjusted.

I have a Chihuahua and the dog needs to get groomed, so this is very helpful for my groomer and me

Weebo Pets Breathable Nylon Cloth Safety Muzzle (XXS) after researching and following the sizze chart to the tee our muuzzles just were not the approprriate size and we needed to return them. That being said we are going to try too get the right size ones as there are of very good quality and adjustable. The size chart on the advertised product did not line up with the purchased size and the opening was way to small for my dogs snout to fit into. As I said we are going to give it another try and see!

It is not a snug fit, I guess that make them able to breathe.

My little ankle biter is not sure about this new concept in our training program. But it gives me peace of mind. It fits her really well. Rosie isnt happy about wearing it, but maybe we won't need it forever. She is 6.5 lbs.

She looks comfortable in it and not crying to take out like other styles. So far durable but u never know

The best thing you can buy to stop your dog barking, i put this on when someone comes round for 5 minutes at the most and he calms down straight away. Dont waste your money on calming sprays and plug-ins ive done all of it and this is the only thing that helped
