Easy and quick to install and worked great. Got my sensor working again!

Works perfectly
Product was easy to install and resolved the rain sensor issue. One way to test beforehand is to push the wand down for a couple of seconds. If system turns off, this product will probably help. Discs inside the product degrade over time. They expand when wet, which pushes the wand down. When they dry out, wand raises.

Good price.
At first the cap would not turn and lock in placed. I found some plastic in the slots where it locks in. Had to use a small file and remove some of the plastic before it would turn and lock into place. It looked like a flaw during processing the cap. It fits good now and did work at the first rain fall. More attention needs to be done during manufacturing.

Easy to replace
Our rain sensor wasn’t working. So I bought this item. I got instructions from a google search and easily fixed it. Now our sensor works

great fix for a defective rain sensor
perfect fixed my rain sensor immediately. only one thing that the slots on the rain cap are too narrow and you need to file down the nib that fits into the slots. No big deal took me only two minutes with a nail file and all set to go.
