Great, as are all all the David Attenborough DVDs. My wife and I have been watching a lot of natural world DVDS. They are truly awe inspiring and they reveal how little non-experts like myself know. They also illustrate how we are rapidly destroying much wildlife, especially as a consequence of climate change. I fear I have little confidence in that changing.

Recently tried the product and overall, it's good.Great value for the price, though the quality has room to improve

The filming of various events that take place in each of the world's 7 continents is amazing. Especially the filming of various animals in the tropical forests, ranging from insects to large cats is stunning. As explained in the "extras" on disc 3, most of the filming was accomplished by drones, but not all, where some of the crew put themselves in danger of being attacked by some of the animals. David Attenborough is not just a man in a million. He must be unique on the entire planet. Nobody knows nature better than him.The colours are absolutely amazing and the 4K image is unbelievable. Well worth buying.

Item arrived within time scale and appears in good condition but can’t give as a present as item came unwrapped.Surprised as all over products I have purchased from amazon have always come shrink wrapped and this item wasOrdered new .checked disks and they appear ok so hear hopes they play ok as not sure if this is a new item or one that is used as not shrink wrapped .I have seen the series on tv and it was superb so will keep it for myself as can’t give as a gift as would look second hand .I would recommend purchasing this series
