Works as expected
This is exactly what I needed. I was going from a 2000 Integra GSR swap to a JDM Type R motor which came with a JDM ECU. That ECU was an OBD2A and my harness was OBD2B. The two plugs do not line up and this harness made it possible. Something to note that you will not be able to use the OBD codes with this harness which is a bummer but when I researched afterwards, seems like even the very expensive versions of this jumper do not offer codes. This fine for me as this is in interim solution until I go Hondata.

Seems Decent Enough
Plugged in an worked, all major connections are correct. HOWEVER, they are not all correct. Going through everypinout and comparing them with those available on FFS TechNet, I found a couple pins were not jumpered properly. I've attached my notes of going through, hopefully that will be off help to somebody. Biggest issue I found is that there is just no jumper for the ELD, which of course I got a P1289 code for. Plugs are very snug fit in ECU, but you get what you pay for.TL;DR If you are expecting a direct plug in, don't. But it's cheap for a reason. Check your pins.

Poor quality causing ELD (Electrical Load Detector) Check Engine Light
Harness is bad or poor quality. It is causing my ECU to throw a code for the ELD (Electrical Load Detector). Something with this harness isn't grounding right. I've tried with two working ECU's.

Works, and Cheaper than others!
At first did not work, i had a OBD2B car with a OBD2A engine harness. That was my problem there, once I got me a OBD2B engine harness and wired it up, everything worked like it should. No engine lights, had one for a o2 sensor, then fixed that and it went away. I heard you cant use a scanner with a these jumpers, so I just jumped the harness in the car to make the CEL light blink. 97 Spec JDM B18c Type R in a 99 civic hatchback CX.

This does work. I have no CEL before or now. However when I use code reader "ELD" comes up. This was not present before. So no light on but a code in reader. Since the light isn't on it must not be a issue with emissions. Overall satisfied.
