Q: Does this soprano sax h-ligature fit the jody jazz dv metal alto sax mouthpiece?......if not, where can i find one please?

I bought an H ligature for that mouthpiece directly from jody jazz.

Q: Would this fit a d'addario select jazz?

It fits metal link style mouthpieces. I don't think D'Abbario select jazz has this shape.

Q: Would this fit a Yamaha 5c mouthpiece?

There are usually two sizes of mouthpieces, for hard rubber or for metal. You'll want the hard rubber for baritone saxophone. I love mine, it's for straight soprano sax. Tom Kipfer

Should be fine, it's a Rico ligature.
