My Fairy Doorways - Butterfly by Horizon Group USA

Bought it for my daughter couple months ago, and the sticky tape for it works great even on textured walls. The only problem is it has a small booklet inside meant only for the parents. But of course a child gonna read it. They can easily put two into together and figure out that the parents are meant to deal with the glitter in the lettering. So I had to do some quick maneuvering around that with my daughter. Other than that, super cute and fun for her!

Bought this for my 4 year old daughter for Christmas. She loves it. She writes her fairy letters, and waits patiently for her to pick them up and return a note back.There is glitter and note cards included. I took the glitter and a few note cards and hid them in my room to write back. That way my daughter, who’s clever, never knows I’m taking paper and envelopes from her little bad. The glitter is meant for parents to sprinkle a little when the fairy comes to visit as a sign she was there. There’s even a small envelope labeled “adults only” with instructions and ideas. It’s a nice setup.The only thing I don’t like is that each piece (door and mailbox) hang on the wall with just one nail and a picture frame hook on the back of each piece. Which means they can swing around and set lopsided in a wall if you hit it. A little putty or double sided tape helps.

I ordered this butterfly fairy door for my 5 year old & 2 year old nieces from my 11 yr old daughter, who has adored her Ella Fairy door (the pink one) for the past 7+ years . Was a HUGE big deal for my daughter to give this early Christmas present to her cousins. She was ecstatic to read the new purple door butterfly fairy story to her little cousins & share in this magic together. We give this gift & the full box is in English & wrapped extra special then they go to read the story it’s in freaking Spanish! I have 3 heart broken devastated children & no story! I’m appalled & outraged at this error! Trying to find a resolution to this & seeing it’s happened to other Amazon customers also! What is wrong with this company? Breaking children’s hearts & getting gifts unusable is just wrong! I’ve had to contact the manufacturer Horizon USA inc via email to get this resolved for the fairy door story book & parent instructions to be mailed to me in English. It will take about 10 days for the correct book to arrive. There is NOTHING in the description here that says this door is in Spanish. This is unacceptable for a gift purchased off Amazon. Also having to repost my review as this same review was denied, for my honesty. All of this is outrageous & simply unacceptable!

I purchased a My Fairy Doorway, Butterfly Fairy Door (purple version) from Amazon. The product and packaging are in English, but the book and instructions that are included are in Spanish. There is nowhere indicating to specify language, nor would there be a reason to have a random different language book in an all English packaging product. I bought this for my daughter and she is disappointed that we can't read about her fairy friend. Her excitement was completely lost in this mistake. Then, to find out after reading so many reviews this appears to be happening very frequently. I look forward to a response and resolution to this issue.Willing to update rating when issue is resolved.
