OnnitLabs, Active B Complete, 30 Count

Unlike some B vitamins that can make your stomach hurt or feel like they never get digested, this one is great! I immediately noticed the difference in my energy levels, and three days in, I definitely think this vitamin B was the best one for the money! LOVE onnit products!

Good product

This product is one of its kind! As advertised. Unlike other brands, it provides you with a 100% of daily value (DV) of each vitamin. How rational!!! If I am a healthy individual who eats healthy diet and just wants to supplement, why would I need 8333% of vitamin B12, for example? Vitamins are bioactive substances and need to be taken wisely. If one has a condition that requires a greater than 100% of DV, then a physician needs to guide such supplementation. This is just my opinion.This product contains methylated B vitamins, which are readily incorporated by your body, and pretty standard additives.

I was happy with this product, because of its easy to swallow and the ingredients seemed legit. I tried alpha brain and was disappointed. I really invested a lot of hope into these nootropics, but I think its more of a mental gymnastics with your mind more than anything else. B vitamins are an essential to your diet and do provide energy and fulfillment throughout your day, so I do think these are a good option. I really hope some day we will have legal access to more drugs and remedies that actually do provide therapeutic support, but are negatively marked because of habitual addiction and misuse cannot be readily available. I have faith that in the future, that man will look for the betterment of its species and not to misalign it into misery or bankruptcy.

These vitamins are gentle on my stomach and rally do give me a better boost than other B complex formulas that I’ve taken!
