Can the lid be used inside of the Instant Pot?

Yes you can. I bought this and recieved it yesterday Jan 14, 2022. I was worried. It was my first time using the insta pot. My egg bites did shove the lid off a little while cooking. But the lid did not burn or melt, not even when it was touching the side of the bowl where it had been pushed off to. I will buy another one of these so that I can stack them. The lid does warn against use in an oven or on a stove, but it does fine in the insta pot!

Eggs stick if you don't add add cooking spray. For the hassle I would rather make hardboiled eggs. Being an instant pot product I would watchyoutube. I only used them once. Hardboiled eggs about 5 minutes. Soft boiled 2 minutes then ice water for 6qt. 3 minutes for 8qt.

The yellow egg rack left marks on the bottom of my Instant Pot- how can I get it off?

Because the inner pot is made of 18/10 stainless steel, it holds up very well against friction. Based on that, use disposable "Clean Eraser" type cleaners if you want the bottom to stay smooth (make sure you rinse very thoroughly, because the stuff left behind by such "Clean Erasers" is a harmful abrasive powder that can hurt your throat and esophagus). Personally, I don't care if the inside bottom of my pot stays totally smooth, so I clean mine with STAINLESS STEEL "steel wool" pads. No soap, no detergent, no toxic chemicals. I simply soak, then scrub, then rinse out.

Can the vendor tell us if the lids are truly made from silicon and whether they can be used in all cooking modes: Oven, pressure cooker and Air Fryer?

These are heat resistant to 450° F (232° C), so I’m sure you could use it in the air fryer or oven up to that temp.

I love this !

I have bought a number of kitchen gadgets and gizmos in my time but this is one of my favourites. It is so simple yo use. So simple to clean. It never burns it cooks perfectly. And my vegetables are always cooked perfectly. This is now an everyday thing in my house.
