Product quality was quite good. But the packing was pathetic. I had to gift this for diwali but the box was not at all presentable. Packing could be improved

The product mop was broken

Product was beautiful. Unfortunately the first time got a set in which 1 item was damaged. I got a replacement n honestly terrible packing , all d spoons were open . They need to be very careful with their customers
