Works as intended. Keep reapplying every few days and keep at it for a few weeks until your nails have the chance to grow out and the new nail grows out stronger. Been using it for years and I always get compliments on my nails!

Tentative 5 star because I’ve only used this for a little over a week. My nails were very thin and lady at nail salon recommended this product. This actually hurt for the first 2-3 days. Felt like my fingers were burning. I can tell my nails are getting stronger now and it doesn’t hurt at all anymore. Doesn’t sound like high praise, but it is.

Bought this on recommendation from a friend. The product seems to work, but caused medical nail issues for me. The nail hardener burns sometimes hours after applying, despite carefully applying and avoiding cuticles and skin. This only happened intermittently. When I removed it a week ago, some of my nails were red, then developed purple and red marks which worsened and became very painful. Sleeping at night was difficult because fingertips were throbbing. Saw my dermatologist who said I had blood and bruising underneath the nails which is a reaction and to never use this product again. She said this is very painful and pointed out white area on one nail where nail is separating from nail bed from the damage. This can lead to several types of infections and I was prescribed a topical antibiotic and told to avoid having my hands in water. The hardener contains several problematic ingredients (look them up!) Formaldehyde, for one, is carcinogenic! Please, do your homework before ordering or using such products. FYI, I haven’t used gel, acrylic, etc. in years, so not a contributing factor.

I have been using this product on and off for a couple of years now. It really helps strengthen my nails and the more I use it I can feel a notice a big difference. Even after the first coat I can feel thaty nail is harder than before. It does sting a bit, but not enough where it is painful. At times, I would put two coats or just one and add a color nail polish on top. When growing my nails I try to be consistent and remove old polish and reapply a new coat every two weeks. But I used to bite my nails as a kid, and the fact that I can still grow them is a miracle and this product definitely helps give that extra strengthening.

Great product. I was recommended this by a coworker and was warned ahead of time it might burn but omg. It hurt soo badly the first couple times I applied. I got my nails done at a nail salon for vacation and once I removed the gel my real nails were so badly damaged. I was recommended this product to give my nails strength for now until I grow out new healthy nails. It seriously burns so badly for atleast 40 mins after applying. But now after about 2 weeks of applying every couple days, it only hurts for like 10 mins and it doesn't hurt as bad. After that, my nails are super strong and stop splitting and breaking. I would recommend. But heads up, it definitely hurts lol

I have been using this product for three or four years now. I no longer have brittle, thin ,splitting, breaking nails. I highly recommend this product and in fact have recommended it often to other women.

Splitting & chipping was a problem. After trying several products I came upon Quimica Nail Hardner. Never looking back. Gives everything needed to make your nails strong. Quickly came back to long, healthy, strong nails

This burned and damaged my nail beds horribly back in late March of this year. I nearly lost two nails on my left hand and my nails still look rough months later. The second picture was taken right before applying the product, and the first picture shows nearly four months of healing. I couldn't bear to take photos of what they looked like April through June, preferring to wear solid colours to cover them instead. You can still see the orange/brown areas where this product burned my nails, and the obvious difference in the bed length where the tissue was burned away. It took weeks for the pain to fade, and they're still sensitive during filing and shaping. I know I've still got months until they fully heal. An awful, embarrassing, and painful experience. I wish I'd never purchased this stuff.
