Yes this item is very good for muscle damage and recovery and I even taking it for a while now! Very impressed with it

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Nutricost had always had quality vitamins and supplements, usually at a lower cost than others. Vitamin content: I got this to help with my persistent heartburn, I was taking prilosec everyday for 20+ years.
