Amazing! This product is a miracle worker for constipation. I've tried many different remedies over the years; most have had no effect. Specialized cleansing herbal tea would work for me, but I found myself often resisting preparing it due to the foul taste and extreme painful cramping I knew I would have to endure. nbpure Mag07 is life-changing. I love that it is so easy to take, and it cleans you out with little to no cramping or side effects. Sometimes it will take me a day to kick in, and other times it works within 6-8 hours. I usually take 2 capsules and wait a few hours. If nothing happens, I take another two; by the third dose, I'm usually ready to go. If you drink more water, it tends to work faster. I also like that you don't need to take it constantly. I seem to remain regular for a week or two before needing another round of capsules. I've purchased twice from this company, and both bottles had the same quality and results. This would also be an excellent product to use during a cleanse or fast. I can not recommend this product enough. I am so thrilled that I've finally found a quality product that actually works and is consistent -worth every penny.

My niece introduced me to this product, a few moths ago. She said it really helped her with an issue she was having. She gave me an extra bottle and I have to say it really works. I have constipation issues, caused from some medications that I have to take. I only take 2 a day, morning and night. I don't like the price and I don't know how long I can continue to purchase this item. Money doesn't come easily when your in your 70's.

10/10 ...Been using this for years, get and gentle effect on my stomach Take a night after your meal by the morning you will go. Warning: 1. do this on your day off 2. Stay close to the bathroom 3. I take 4 but I been doing this for a while you should take 3 (read the bottle for recommendations) 4. Drink lots and lots of water, Gatorade ect.. to keep hydrated 5. I recommend maybe once a week to see how your body reacts, after a day im regulated but everyone different 6. Cleans you out the next day if constipated 7. Took the detox around 8:30pm with 16oz of water. It activated the next morning around 7am. Very gentle with no cramping. This product is just what I needed. I will be taking it pretty often
