Attached this to a set of plain, red pajamas for my son's Halloween costume. Looked absolutely wonderful. I do recommend washing on gentle and hanging to dry to keep the ends of the lightning bolt attached to the fabric properly.

Bolt ends one too long
My son is a hard core flash fan. Since i have a wonder woman patch on my motorcycle vest he wanted a flash patch in a hurry for a rally coming up for his jacket. This the the best we could do to get close to the right size but we were disappointed that the bolt ends are off set. Top longer than the Bottom. I sew so had to cut off some of the top to make it look right.
