I was surprised at how easy this was to install. I’m not a handy person, but even I was able to get this installed in just a few minutes. I installed both the main shower and the hand held wand. The experience is a little different - I crank it up almost as hot as it will go, and it creates a steam shower effect which warms up the whole bathroom. You’ll need to adjust to this. The mist coming out of the nozzles is very hot within a few inches of the fixture, but is comfortably warm in the rest of the shower. I get plenty of water pressure and have no problems rinsing off. I love it. Is it expensive? Yes. But for me I think it was worth it.

I wanted this to be amazing but my experience has been terrible. I purchased the shower head and handshower together. After installing it I realized 3 of the 6 shower heads we spraying straight water lines instead of the cone it is supposed to produce. I spoke to Moen and they sent me a replacement. The shower head worked great for 2 days and then started doing the same thing on different heads. When I requested my money back they told me they do not own a Amazon store so im not sure who this is but save your money.

I was concerned by the reviews that said “insufficient water to wash your hair” or “it’s too fine a mist to get your torso wet” and “the water is too cool”. None of these things happened. It is true that the water falls differently than it does from our “rainfall” shower head...instead of falling from the shower head in streams, the water spews from small nozzles and then falls more like rain and I prefer the feel of this). The water is plentiful and perfectly warm. We have the wand as well and it is more forceful. The ability to raise and lower the shower head is nice since I’m under tall. I’ve found nothing wrong with the system. I like it a lot.

first off im amazed how much water this shower head uses, and still makes great shower. I live in an old house that was built in the 1940s but the water pressure is intense. With a small shower head water would jet hard into various directions, felt like the walls and shower were soaked and sometimes if the drain wasnt clear enough, I would stand in water, even change the shower head to a rain drop style shower head, still the water pressure was so intense and still way way way too much water. I bought a used nebia (chrome) because I have had various good experiences buying used products from amazon for half or much much cheaper. It was worth it. I bought mine for $118.00 Pros: its like being in a steam sauna. its like a light light but strong mist and its also feels so refreshing, the telescoping back helps so much when you wanna get your lower half clean fast and throughly. It also sounds like a mist option from your hose, but not as loud. The water it uses its minimal, im shocked how much water I have been wasting my entire life. The drain looks like there is no water going down it at all, thats how little it uses. I actually am excited now every time I shower, its weird, its like i'm a going to a water park or something. Cons; the unit I bought had a white backing but the shower head itself was chrome, i was expecting all chrome, but then when I looked at the listing, there are various different pictures, some white and chrome, some all chrome, I guess its a pot luck? It worked out well though because my shower has white tile, so it looks nice. Also because the mist its soo light, you need to use more of your hot water so that your lower half of your body doesnt feel colder or lukewarm, so I just but my hot water all the way on and it works great!

This is by far the most impressive shower head i have ever purchased! It’s nothing short of amazing!!
