Product is a must for those who need to reduce blood presure and kickstart a good healthy diet. Ive lost just over 1st in 9 days on the detox. 100% true. Advice: fully commit yourself to the project, and dont give up. It helps to change the way you see foods and portion sizes. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who wants to get healthy.

Unfortunately no shaker and tape have included the delivery… for nearly £100 is poor service…. Maybe 3 stars are too much….
