is this a xlarge spoon and not tea spoon hold a good amount------

Yes these are large spoons. I loved them so much I ordered another set. I do wish the handle was a little longer, but otherwise they are excellent for soups and stews.

As far as I know, they are stainless. I put them in the dishwasher regularly and they are still as shiny as new!
