I used two of these under appetizers at my party. They kept everything very fresh for a couple of hours. You can buy replacement use sheets in case you want to keep items fresh longer. What a great find!! Another plus is that they look nice!

This product is awesome! I normally do not write reviews which shows how much I like the product. Used these for a baby shower buffet. Kept chicken salad sandwiches chilled for over 3 hours. I am very careful about keeping food safe for parties and this was the perfect solution for cooling without the mess of melting ice or condensation. Best cooling system I've tried. So glad I bought them. Had many people ask about them and said they were going to snatch them when I wasn't looking.:)I did have one of the mats that had 2 leaking cells. No problem getting it replaced! Great product and great customer service. Very pleased!

Love the large size of this mat and used it to keep foods cool pre-party. I would prefer if the vinyl cover wasn't red and white check with ant theme, but oh well!Works wonderfully for food safety peace of mindRecommend!

I can now serve dips, cheeses, etc. outdoors on hot summer days without worrying. I found that an enamel or metal tray helps keep food colder as well.

I use this for the first time this past weekend. Worked perfectly and stayed cold for the timeframe I was looking for (4 hours) in summer heat. I placed it on the table and placed my food on top and was happy with the result. The feature I love the most is that it is flat and not puffy so items sit level on the mat.
