They really work
Purchased these for a trip to the Philippines and am glad I did! They are fast-acting and effective for stomach aches. It's also nice they are individually wrapped so I could keep them in my day pack without having to bring the whole pouch

Does work but unpleasant to use.
Chalky texture but does settle an upset stomach. Sticks to the teeth also. Will not buy again.
