Current nutr facts label? This 400g pkg says 43mg sodium/1.25g serving (9% salt equiv), or is it really 936mg/4g (60% salt eq), as seen elsewhere?

Hi my package states on the Nutrition Facts that a serving size is 1/4 teaspoon. A Serving size (1/4 teaspoon/1.25grams) contains 43mg (milligrams) of Sodium. Salt (NaCl) consists of Sodium and Chloride The product has some salt but when diluted in water is not terribly salty if used in small quantities. 1/4 teaspoon in your soup or sprinkled on food while cooking should be fine but if you are on a highly restrictive sodium diet it's always a good idea to speak to your MD and/ or Registered Dietitian to help with meal planning so you stay within your daily sodium allowance. Our product is authentic from Taiwan. It doesnt contain msg. Ingredient include mushroom powder , mushroom extract, vegetable extract, salt and Sodium 5' guanylate.

What is the vegetable extract made from? I just want to make sure it is not soybean or something like that.

According to the list of ingredients on the package, it just says: "mushroom powder, mushroom extract, vegetable extract, salt,sodium s'guanylate."
