New Star Foodservice 54538 250-Pound Plastic 3-Tier Utility Bus Cart with Locking Casters, 32" x 16" x 38", Black

I wish I had bought this about 20 years ago. I didn't realize how handy it is to have around the house. I use it almost every day for something. It is lightweight and easy to push around and yet sturdy enough that I could probably ride on it. Assembling it wasn't the most fun, but not too bad. It's great for hauling groceries from the car. And when doing any project around the house, it makes a great moving table to lay down tools, paint or whatever.

This cart is perfect to for medical equipment and electronics. Heavy Duty and reasonably priced. Smooth tray surface is easy to clean. Each tray has about an inch lip so nothing will fall off. Locking wheels. This was a much better option than a metal medical cart or a rolling over bed tray. I put a power strip (with USB ports too) on the bottom shelf and plugged everything in. I use the middle shelf for laptop and Kindle Fire storage/use. I also use the bottom shelf for my power chair charger. I attached a gooseneck (flexible, semi rigid arm) tablet holder to the cart to watch Amazon Prime movies on my Fire 7 in any room in the house.

Beautiful, professional-looking cart for our physical therapy practice. It rolls as if floating on air. Sturdy and very strong, but not heavy. Stupendous customer service. I broke one of the handles trying to fit it in the two posts; After communicating with the company, they immediately sent me a replacement handle, which is now (carefully ) installed. Peel all the plastic from the aluminum studs, and grease or wax the ends so it will fit in without too much trouble. use a rubber mallet and use many softer hits instead of a few hard ones. Also, the three flat surfaces have a taller lip on one side. when assemblying, make sure the taller lip is facing the same side on all three levels. Instructions for assembly could be improved.

What I did not like about this product is the the little plastic thing they ought to cover the legs and protect the wheels is not useful also the only reason I got this cart together in a reasonable amount of time is I read the previous people's reviews about using wood and you have to use a regular hammer and now it doesn't work other than that so far I've only had this cart for two weeks it's a good cart. Poor instructions

It took me about 20 minutes to assemble as I had read the reviews and knew what to expect. I used a 2x4 block of wood to drive the legs in with and a regular hammer. I used an 8 inch adjustable wrench to tap in the wheels by inserting the handle into the caster and tapping the handle right next to the caster. They went right in no problem. The cart is sturdy and the casters are very high quality, easy to roll. I am going to get the larger 42 inch version also. A little pricey but worth it as they should last for years. Highly recommended.

I needed this for a work-related event and everything arrived as advertised, however, it could not be assembled, due to the fact that the tolerances between the connecting posts and shelves are too tight, requiring the use of a soft mallet, which warped the top of the post, ruining the construct. Very poor design. I will be requesting a refund for my wasted time.

Very easy to break. Not very strong material. Bottom shelf broke at the pole on the second day.

I purchased four of these for my childcare center. We use them for carting breakfast to the classrooms. They have worked out great! They aren't too large but large enough for what we need. They were a little difficult to put together (the casters were the hardest part) but overall very pleased!
