Had right carpal tunnel and trigger finger surgery on 1/2/25. Needed something to exercise to get my grip strength back before I have the same surgery on my left hand 2/11/25. I read reviews of similar products that the product smelled weird or was sticky. Not this product! It's perfect size, resistance. No weird odor or sticky feel. The balls go from soft/low resistance to firm/higher resistance. They are packaged in a drawstring pouch and even have an enclosed illustrated guide for 6 different hands exercises. Perfect!

Just what i needed and as described.

They work great. The is a good fit for my hand. The stickiness works to assist with preventing them from rolling all over.

these are helping my husband regain some had strength after battling an illness. they’re varying levels of squishiness but all pretty firm.

I had a left shoulder replacement. I purchased these balls to help. I used to work out 6 days a week.Spin, with weights and on Saturdays - 2 hour spin classes, then boot camp for over an hour. a caretaker. These brightly colored balls were well packaged .Some packages are falling apart when I get them, but not these. I have a broken wrist and need these balls for therapy. Each ball has a different resistance, easy to hard. Very satisfied.

Bought these for my wife to use after she broke her fingers. They were perfect and helped a great deal in getting and keeping her fingers flexible. She still uses them regularly when her fingers stiff up.

These are a bit small and three of the four are too firm.
