Can the handle be removed to season this wok in the oven?

Yes it can be removed, in fact I took my screws out and put larger ones in to make it more secure. If you follow the directions one seasoning a walk on the stove you might find it much better to season it on the stove to keep the oil from puddling in the bottom of the walk.

What is the liquid capacity for this product?

If I was making, say, hot and sour soup, I think I could fit a gallon of soup in this wok. But, I don't recommend cooking liquid in this container. The bottom is too unstable and the wooden handle is obviously for turning and tilting. This is a wok, not a pot.

What’s a good size lid for this please?

It's a 16" pan, so I'd assume a 16" lid.

I know it is, appropriately, made in China. When it arrived, The Province was named and we were impressed, but I do not remember which province It was. It is well crafted by someone who knows how to make a good wok!
